Everything that you see on this website has been hand crafted from polymer clay to create the best and most unique products for my customers.

Please read all the below info before making your purchase. By purchasing, you knowledge that you have read, and agree to all the terms and conditions listed below.

Purchasing

  • Due to all of our products being handmade, the product that you receive may vary slightly from the photo that you looked at when purchasing. This fact is unavoidable but we strive to create products to resemble the photo as closely as possible.
  • Please note that gold/silver/copper foiling on keychains/ earrings will wear and tear and over time foiling may be rubbed or scratched off. This is not a valid reason to fault our products and request a refund 
  • Please note that all brass pieces in our earring will “tarnish” over time due to them being “allergic to the air”. This can be fixed with a simple polish of your brass earrings. This is not a valid reason to fault our products and request a refund. 

SHIPPING

  • With our orders, tracked shipping will be included in the flat rate fee charged for shipping.
  • Orders over $100 get free standard shipping. Use code FREESHIP at checkout 
  • If you have received an item that has been broken in the shipping process, we will offer you a replacement as soon as possible. 
  • In order to open a dispute with issues involving broken products, you must email or message VioletteCharms with photographic proof of any damages.
  • In order to open a dispute, VioletteCharms must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your package. If not, we take no responsibility for any damages. 
  • If  you purchase tracked shipping and you have not received your package we will open a dispute with Australia Post and refund you the full amount from your purchase. This does not apply if the address you have given us is incorrect. You may change your address by contacting us before we have shipped you item. If your item has already shipped we take no responsibility for losses.

RETURNS:

  • PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS! If you would like a Faulty items refund you must provide clear photo evidence of the damage. 
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide returns on items due to a simple change of mind. 
  • We as a company have the right to refuse or accept any refund we wish.

Wholesaling:

  • If you wish to buy our products in bulk for wholesaling purposes, please contact us via email or other means and we will provide you with further information.
